RW Blears advises Foresight on the sale of ATL Turbine Services to Barnes Aerospace

RW Blears is proud to have advised Foresight on the sale of ATL Turbine Services (“ATL"), a Dundee-based specialist engineering business, to Barnes Aerospace. The transaction delivered a total return of 3.1x invested capital for Foresight VCT and Foresight Enterprise VCT.

ATL provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services for components used in aerospace, defence, marine and industrial gas turbine engines. The acquisition expands Barnes Aerospace’s global repair network and establishes its first component repair and overhaul footprint in Europe.

The RW Blears team was led by Valerie Whalley and Hannah Maddin-Cordwell, with support from Christine Ward and George Tack.
