From first cheque to first closing and beyond.

Our approach

Raising a fund is a significant undertaking for any new or emerging manager. We understand the pressures involved - selling the proposition, securing commitments and countless moving parts. That's why we seek to operate as a seamless extension of your team and a dependable and responsive partner.

Trusted by seasoned professionals
and those who are just getting started.

We support a diversified and growing base of emerging and institutional fund managers with a particular focus on the formation, structuring and promotion of GP/LP funds, S/EIS funds, VCT offers and IHT/BPR strategies.

The growth institutions of today...

Our institutional fund manager clients are household names in the tax efficient space who look to us for the integrated tax and regulatory expertise necessary for staying onside.

...and the embryonic challengers of tomorrow.

Our emerging fund manager clients may be exited founders, serial angels or already investment professionals. They all have one thing in common - now raising under their own banner.

We're a single point of contact, but with extensive reach.

We count on a deep bench of complementary service providers to support our fund manager clients. Regulatory hosts, fund administrators, local counsels, tax accountants, bankers and brokers - we can make the intro.
