RW Blears advises Foresight and AXM on seed investment in SenseAI Vision Ltd

RW Blears advised Foresight Group and AXM Venture Capital on their seed investment in SenseAI Vision Ltd, a University of Liverpool spin-out developing pioneering compressive sensing technology for electron microscopy. The round was led by the Ventures team at Foresight Group, with participation from the University of Liverpool, Sivananthan Laboratories, Wren Capital, Haatch, LYVA Labs and AXM.

SenseAI’s software enables up to 100x faster imaging with reduced sample damage, offering a step-change in performance for electron microscopes used in semiconductors, life sciences and advanced materials research. The investment will accelerate product development and support the commercial roll-out of the technology to leading research institutions and industrial partners worldwide.

The Blears team was led by Adam Lawrence, with support from Lannie Churchill, George Jones and Henry Laird.
