Henry Laird

Henry is a Trainee Solicitor who joined RW Blears in August 2023. Before joining, Henry completed his Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, and prior to this read Theology at the University of Cambridge.

Henry assists the team on a wide range of corporate matters, with a specific emphasis on venture capital. This includes mergers and acquisitions, funding rounds and EIS, SEIS and VCT analysis.
