Bethany Johnson

Bethany joined RW Blears as a Trainee Solicitor in March 2022 following a year as a paralegal with the firm. Prior to joining, Bethany obtained a commendation in the Graduate Diploma in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Professional practice, with a distinction.

Since joining the firm, Bethany has assisted the team on a wide range of corporate matters including growth capital investments, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advice relating to the SEIS, EIS and VCT schemes.

More recently, Bethany has gained experience in prospectus fundraisings and fund establishments.

Bethany is currently working towards achieving the CISI’s Certificate in Corporate Finance, having passed the first exam this year.
