£10 million Prospectus Share Offer

RW Blears acted for Thames Ventures VCT 2 plc on a public share offer, contained in an FCA-approved prospectus, to raise up to £10 million in respect of the Healthcare Share class, with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £15 million.
The Healthcare Share pool, which is managed by Downing LLP, makes VCT-qualifying Investments in early and mid-stage healthcare investments, including life sciences and bioscience companies.
