RW Blears acted for Foresight Solar & Technology VCT plc and its manager, leading listed infrastructure and private equity investment manager, Foresight Group LLP, on the sale of its substantial portfolio of solar assets representing over 70MWp of generation capacity.

Having acted on the launch of the VCT in 2010, and numerous fundraisings and restructurings over the years, it was great to be part of a concluding chapter which realised strong tax-free returns to the VCT’s Ordinary Shareholders.

RW Blears continue to be involved with the VCT’s FWT share class, investing in disruptive technology companies.
