Ollie Blears

Ollie is a corporate, funds and regulatory lawyer with a focus on venture capital. He advises VC managers, family offices, angels and high-growth companies on a wide range of transactions, including fund establishments, funding rounds, direct crowdfunding and M&A. He also regularly advises clients on FCA regulatory considerations regarding their fundraising and promotional activities.

Ollie started his career at Allen & Overy and Bridgepoint, and joined RW Blears in 2019. He holds the Investment Management Certificate from CFA UK.
