An RW Blears team of Valerie Whalley, Ollie Blears and Chris Spencer together with David Blair advised a consortium of investors including D Squared Capital (DSQ) and Moneta Ventures on its acquisition of the business of Railsr last week, as the embedded banking fintech was placed into administration.
